Submitting Group Annual Reports

Each SEM Section, Special Interest Group, and Ancillary Organization must submit an annual report no later than September 15. The report should be sent to the Board Member-at-Large, Groups (brenda.romero@colorado.edu) and copied to the Board President (gregory.barz@vanderbilt.edu) and Executive Director (semexec@indiana.edu).

The annual report should include the following items:

Name of group
Titles and names of officers
Number of members
Financial info (if a Section): account balance & total annual expenditures
Summary of activities since last report
Name of individual submitting report

To see previous group reports, login to the website as a member and select "Members' Area" and "SEM Documents." Reports are included in the General Membership Meeting Report Booklets.

Regional Chapters should submit annual reports no later than September 1 to the Chapter Coordinator (sarastone@aol.com).
